Workshops and seminars on the importance of promoting social dialogue and awareness among the working class in Iraq through the promotion of social dialogue between government, workers and employers to reduce the likelihood of conflict and increases the likelihood of understanding. The program included a workshop by the General Union on the election machinery and discussed ways to participate in the electoral process. Also discussed were the realities of social dialogue by specialists in the fields of humanities, social sciences and economic development.
