From 28 February to 28 March 2009
This first mission was the opportunity for a full meeting of the IDFN steering committee, the French team from IPAM (Amorces & AEC) and the Alternatives team.
During the 6 days mission two trainings were given to Iraqis from IDFN who came from all over Iraq to Erbil, in Irqi Kurdistan
