In order to raise awareness of democracy in Iraq and the most important aspects of democracy, including questioning the government by the people and equality in all aspects of the intellectual, ethnic, religious and sectarian beliefs and respect for minorities. The Union set up workshops in the provinces of Baghdad, Basra and Diwaniya and oversaw the staff training workshop specializing in the area of democracy and human rights.
The Union has been able to create excellence in courses and staff training to use them in future courses in the districts and areas with the feed elements of civil society organizations.
